Divi.help Footer Plugin

    Divi Ultimate Blog Plugin Divi Ultimate Footer Plugin

    Hello all... looking for some help with the Divi.help Footer Plugin.

    I have installed it on two Divi websites and I have installed the plugin and uploaded the json file with different footers.

    When I go to edit the footer I want using the "Use Visual Builder" I get a 404 error, page not found.

    But when I look at the website I can see the footer in position.

    What could be causing this to happen.

    I have re-downloaded the plugin and files, the same story.

    When you're facing the "page not found" issue for visual builder, you just need to go to Settings -> Permalink & click save. Then try to access the visual builder again.
