Divi preview not matching live page

    Hi,

    I made a new page https://ce-tech.info/catering-solutions/ and customised it using divi

    However upon saving changes, there is missing text, 2 missing rows and images that are not appearing on my new page?

    Can anyone please help me with this.. it is becoming a major headache
