Solved Divi Tablet View & Phone view not working?

    Hi hopefully someone out there can help, when i am in visual builder i click on tablet view or phone view and can not do anything. The scroll bar just dithers at the side and when i try to scroll it just keeps bouncing around to the top not showing me anything further down the page so i can not see the items i need to edit. When i pick up a phone or tablet to test the responsive aspect it has worked but there is so much i need to edit on them (text and Spacing) to look correct on these devices.

    I have version 3.18.7 of divi installed and WordPress 5.0.3, i thought about updating both of these but lack a knowledge of whether this would be a good idea or how to do it without losing all the work i have done.

    You should update both Divi & Wordpress to the latest version. You won't lose your work done.

    Hello I have version 4.5.3. of divi installed and WordPress 5.4.2. The scroll bar does not appear to the side in tablet and mobile view. I cannot see the elements that I need to edit in these views.

    Does that happen to every pages?

    And what if you try to enable Safe Mode & see if the issue is still there: WP Admin > Divi > Support Center > Safe Mode > Enabled
