Solved DIVI Theme Builder does not work

    Divi Ultimate Header Plugin

    1) After installing DIVI 4.0. DIVI theme Builder does not work and www footer cannot be created. When I deactivated the header plugin, everything was ok. Can you tell me how to solve this problem
    2) I thought that after installing your plugin, its updates will behave like other plugins. Does this mean that every time I update, I need to delete and upload your plugin again?

    Kindly elaborate more on how the Theme Builder is not working.
    **We tested on our demo site with header plugin & we can add new global footer in Theme Builder just fine.
    Sorry to say that our plugin doesn't support automatic updates from Wordpress admin dashboard. For updating, you will need to delete and upload the new version of the plugin.

    This is because we are using forum to manage all our products, and thus it's not possible to have automatic updates from Wordpress dashboard.

    I tested on other sites without header plugin and everything was ok. With the plugin installed, it doesn't load Theme Builder (Figure 1 and 2). Do you know where the problem is?

    Kindly check your PM.

    We will need your temporary admin login details (send it through PM) & we will refer this issue to official Divi support about why Theme Builder works for some instances (our demo site), but not for others.

    Previously such issue occurs with WP Smush plugin & ET already fixed it. And thus this might be another undiscovered bug in Divi Theme Builder.

    Upon further checking, it happens when Divi Ultimate Header Plugin & WP Fastest Cache are both activated.

    Already reported it to official Divi support & still waiting for their reply on this issue.

    ET already fixed this issue in Divi v4.0.3. Try to update & see if it works for you.
