    Do I need a new License Key for the DIVI Ultimate Child Theme to change the subscription from Annual to Lifetime?

    Nothing needed to be changed on your side. As long as you have the latest version of Divi Ultimate plugin installed on your site, then you can get to update our assistant plugin through your Wordpress dashboard, whenever a new update is available.
