Dynamic Headers & Text on Category Pages

Thanks for your help in advance.

On this page: https://yourexhibitstore.com/nbly/product-category/banner-stands/, which is Parent Category page "Banner Stands".

On the category pages, the title shows up dynamically and would like it for the other areas.

Here's what I'd like to accomplish and the issues:

1. In that green section area, I would like a header image to take up that section and it be dynamic. If I use the dynamic choice of "featured image" when selecting the background image, it uses the image from the category set-up page. I could get it to work with a parent category, but not with a subcategory such as when you would select "Retractable Banner Stands: https://yourexhibitstore.com/nbly/product-category/banner-stands/retractable-banner-stands/

2. In that black box area, I would like to add some dynamic custom text. If I choose the "featured image" as the dynamic choice, the problem is that description shows up under the subcategory image and I don't want it there.

I would love a way to dynamically be able to have custom info, independent from the product category info in that top green section image/header and that black box text area.

Nobody answered, so have to go elsewhere for solutions, unfortunately.

 

I appreciate the help, but if you read the issue, I accomplished the same with the featured image, but I don't want the featured image, especially when I get to sub-category pages, but an alternative image and description for those sections. I found the solution, but it took the plugin, SCF, the correct formatting for those fields which added a custom field in the category page, some php code and then it worked, but still need some tweaking.
