Solved Footer .json file giving error

    Divi Ultimate Header Plugin Divi Ultimate Footer Plugin

    when I try and import the footer ".json" file I receive this error. I have deleted the plugin and uploaded the latest files and keep getting this error.

    As stated, it's due to low value for your post_max_size & upload_max_filesize. If you go to WP Admin > Divi > Support Center, you will see the below recommended value:

    post_max_size:     Recommended value - 64M
    upload_max_filesize: Recommended value - 64M

    Ask your web host to set the above & it should fix the issue.

    Hello, Thank you for your response. We have adjusted the max file sizes suggested and we continue to get the same error. We have tried deleting plugins and installing new file downloads and no luck. The header plugin works fantastic, it's the footer plugin that does not want to cooperate??
    Any other suggestions?

    I separated the .json file into two, so that it's smaller in size.

    Since you said the header .json works fine, then the attached .json file should work as well, as they have roughly the same sizes. Let me know.

    Divi Powerful Child Theme Divi Ultimate Archive Plugin Divi Ultimate Blog Plugin Divi Ultimate Header Plugin Divi Ultimate Footer Plugin

    Also having issues with loading the footer layouts. running the latest version of Divi and the DU plugins. Is it possible to get the layouts in an xml format like was done for the header files? That seemed to work well for getting the headers to import. Thanks!
