Footer plugin not working correctly?

    Divi Ultimate Header Plugin Divi Ultimate Footer Plugin

    Hello,

    We purchased the ultimate footer plugin today and have it installed however when ever you go to the footer library and create a new layout it doesn't save it to the footer library.

    You can see the new layout you created in the standard divi library but nothing in the footer one. This means we have no footer layouts to select from on other pages.

    The ultimate header plugin is also installed on the site and this works absolutely fine.

    Are we doing something wrong?

    Have you imported the json file in Divi Library? If so, you should be able to choose from 20 premade footers in Theme Customizer.

    But if you wish to create a new footer library item, you just need to add category Footer to the library item. See screenshot below:
