"Ghost" Footer not displaying in visual builder

Hi,

In the footer layout - Im getting another footer appearing underneath.
When this is imported from library - it appears halfway up page in visual builder - blocking content underneath.

Although it displays perfect on front end.

Any help appreciated.

The screenshots show the layout as in the Divi Library - you can see the second footer appearing underneath the desired footer (Red and black).

I have shown another screenshot with some code hidden - that hides the 2nd footer - but I don't know code or if this is correct way to do it.

I tried jquery code in head - it works BUT the code appears in bottom of page under footer.

I tried it in HEAD - but it puts line space under menu.
