    Hello,

This one is weird. When I pick a header on one of my sites and attempt to edit it opens fine.

When I click to change anything the page refreshes and the header layout disappears.

I am attaching an image with before and after shots.

    Has anyone seen this?

Did some diligent plugin disable enable and found that it the Divi Ultimate Header doesn't play well with WordFence on my site.

Maybe this will help someone in the future.

This is a conflict between Divi Library & Wordfence. Not our plugin.

But you can try the below:

After opening the custom header style in Divi Library, straight away click to edit it in frontend / Visual Builder. And in the Visual Builder, try to go around clicking open module settings, save page, etc & see if there's any popup from Wordfence to whitelist the action. If no Wordfence popup, then try to refresh the Visual Builder page & test again.

Previously there's a member having such issue & going to the Visual Builder somehow will show Wordfence whitelist popup. Hope that it works for your case too. If not, you will need to contact official Divi support about it: https://www.elegantthemes.com/members-area/help/

Thanks for those suggestions, I'll give them a try. But how do I clear out the Header library and import a fresh set. I'm now missing styles 10, 11, 12 and 4 since they got wiped out by the conflict. thanks, Alan

You may just go to Divi Library to delete them & import the json file again.

OK, and I just checked - I do not have Wordfence on the site, and did not have it yesterday when I ran into this. So that is not the likely cause of the problem. I'll watch the video, but I'm not hopeful at this point. Any other ideas are most welcome. thanks, Alan

If it's not Wordfence, you may try to enable Safe Mode & see if it works: WP Admin > Divi > Support Center > Safe Mode > Enabled

If you're still unable to save in Safe Mode, then it's something to do with your hosting firewall, preventing saving of inline CSS / jQuery code. Here's a thread about it: https://divi.help/threads/unable-to-save-pages.4750/
**But I would suggest you to refer official Divi support about it & see what they say: https://www.elegantthemes.com/members-area/help/
**Just let them know that you're not able to save a page when there's a code module with inline CSS code.

I will do that. Meanwhile, I would not mark this as "solved" since it's far from that right now. thanks, Alan
