Solved How the vertical primary menu (VPM) can be rendered without JavaScript?

    Hello, everyone!

    I'm using custom scrollbar that relies on the Malihu (already asked them, no results). The trouble is observed only in IE. When I scrolling down fixed verlical menu block and scrollbar it disappears, when scrolling up it appears. I'm trying to force it remain visible. The change of JS priority didn’t give the desired result. VPM is generated with JavaScript (data-height-onload), which might be the reason that is not working well with IE (I'm not so good at js).

    How the DIVI vertical primary menu (VPM) can be rendered without JavaScript? Any suggestions..
