I cannot see the different footer layouts?

    Hi All,

    In Theme Customizer - Layout - Column Layout, it is showing a blank screen so I can not see what the footer layout will look like.

    Can someone help so I can see the different layouts?

    This is what I see for the footer layout:

    As for your issue, you can try to clear your site cache and browser cache & see if it works.

    If not, it might be a plugin conflict. To confirm, try to enable Safe Mode in WP Admin > Divi > Support Center > Safe Mode > Enabled. If it works in Safe Mode, meaning one of your plugins is causing the issue & you will need to enable / disable your plugins one by one to find the culprit.

    Thank you for your help, and you are correct, I can't see the layout that you posted above.

    I can't find the Safe Mode to check any of my plugins either so will disable one by one.

    The reason you can't find Safe Mode is because you might be using the older version of Divi. Would recommend you to update Divi & Wordpress to the latest version & clear your cache.
