Landing page with separate url from main site - easy fix?

    Hello, I need to make a landing page with a different url from the main website. It's for a CBD products company and I am trying to adhere to social media ad standards regarding CBD. For instance, the website could be "awesomecbd.com" but the landing page would be "awesome.com", and link to awesomecbd.com, as an example. I have learned I need a new url. Ok. So I can do that, but do I need a whole separate wordpress installation to make the landing page? I really want to avoid that, so please advise what I can do, thank you!

    I believe that for a different URL, you will need a new wordpress installation for it.
