Logo & Navigation can't be changed on mobile

Hi everyone, I am working on a site at http://c20.b7e.myftpupload.com/ nearly everything is ok except the header on mobile cannot be changed, the logo is way too small and the navigation is underneath the logo.

I have another divi site at www.darrenmcchrystal.com were the mobile header is how I want it, I used the same CSS code but its not changing anything, I found another css code here but that makes 2 menus so not sure if there is something wrong, I used the coffee shop layout as the basic layout so not sure there is any text in the child theme there or anything that is causing issues.

Also on splash screen the slogan "home of the famous real jerk...." on mobile there is way too much space to the left and right and there are no options to change to reduce space?
