Menu is not working on some pages. Also, how to make header menu header full width?

    My website is www.enhancedclean.ca. The menu bar seems to be working on the Home and Cleaning Services page, but for some reason is not working correctly on the other pages. Can someone assist with this?

    Also, how do I make the red header bar full width, and also stick to the top of the page when scrolling. It'll also be nice to have the GET A FREE QUOTE button stick (not sure if that's possible or not).
