Solved Menu is Vertical?

    Website is here
    Fixed menu at the top is vertical and positioned right. Once you scroll, the menu looks fine. I am trying to fix it and not sure what's going on.
    Weird part: when visual builder is enabled, it looks okay. It's only when it's disabled that it looks like this.
