We are moving from a custom coded website on WordPress to Divi because it's difficult to add and edit items unless you are an experienced coder; I am not.
When making this transition should I stage everything first then push the new site live at once? Or do it incrementally? I'm not sure if incrementally is possible given that I am going from one theme to another, i.e. customer to Divi.

Ultimately, I am trying to find best workflow and practices.

Don't have any advice on that. But you may try to ask it in this Divi Facebook Group as well: https://www.facebook.com/groups/diviwebdesigners/
