New Page Creation Loads Forever

I have been having issues every so often with this problem, but no way to repeat it until now.

If I Create a new topic in Learndash LMS, give it a course and lesson category, publish it, edit the slug, then click on "use divi builder" button, the page auto-updates and loads the page where I can choose a new layout, browse or clone. I select browse, wait for the page to load, click "your saved layouts", and select my new topic template.

Then I get the rotating balls forever. I can recover by "exiting" visual builder, (saving and exiting), then enabling the visual builder again.

If I don't edit the url slug, this doesn't happen (most of the time).
