pages are missing

    I just logged in to my Divi Block dashboard (been a couple of weeks since my last login), and when I went into the "manage pages" option, I discovered that all of my pages are gone. Where did they go?

    It's because we updated into v2 for our Divi Block using a different URL. To access the old one, kindly visit: https://divi.help/pages/divi-block/

    Do note that if you wish to keep your work for next day, it's best to Save it, just in case it loses your changes:

    Didn't help. They're all gone. Had I known that I needed to save everything, I would have. Didn't think I would need to.

    By default, it will save in your browser cache. You will need to use back the same browser on the same desktop that you used previously. If still nothing, then unfortunately it’s not there anymore.

    Yup. That’s the case unfortunately. So it’s best to save it, if you need to work on it another day.

    Okay, well now I know.

    I'm a fairly new customer, so I'm not familiar with these updates. Do they happen frequently? Any way of getting notified of any pending updates in the future (in case I forgot to save my pages)?

    This is the first time we re-built & changed the URL of Divi Block to streamline our processes & prepare for mass update for Divi 5.

    In any case where we changed the URL of our builder, the old URL will still be maintained for some time for backup purposes. So, you still can access the old one, if you need to.

    Most likely, there won't be any further change in the URL. So you don't have to worry about that. But it's still recommended to save your work, just in case the browser cache is not saving the end result properly.
