Problem creating Theme Builder (Body Content) when Divi Ultimate Plugins active.

I am working with this on my WPBNS.com website.

If you can help to fix this, or let me know how I can resolve this, I'd appreciate it.

Note: I was trying to create a custom 404 page body section using the Divi Theme Builder (by modifying the body section only) and when I do, I keep getting this error as shown in the video.

Please let me know what you suggest.
