Remove date from previously uploaded image URLs

    I'm eventually trying to migrate all of my uploads to a new folder I made: website.com/media.

    this isn't too difficult to do with any straightforward find and replace plugin. However, older images are organized by date in the default folder.

    I've seen some plugins that I think could do this. For example, I think Redirection can. But I have no idea how to make it do that.

    TL;DR: Moving images from wp-content/uploads and wp-content/uploads/[date] to website.com/media.
