Repeated content - change once - filters through site?

    I'm building a new website for a mate's business, and am new to Divi (but not wordpress) .

    Certain details we will want to show in numerous places on the site i.e. contact phone numbers

    Is there a way we can create certain content and then insert it wherever we want it, but in such a way that any updates need only be done in one place on the site and appear everywhere?
