Section Divider overlapping. How to overlap next section?

    Little confused how to make overlap bottom section by top section to make triangle like on screenshot.
    Have tried to make z-index for top section more than 10 and for bottom upto 10. Not working.

    Why not just add a top divider in the bottom section settings?
