Single Blog Post not working properly

    I purchased the bundle today including Divi Powerful Child Theme and Divi Ultimate Blog Plugin. I predominantly did this because I wanted the Single Blog Post feature, however this is not working. The 'Blog Header Styles' are not working properly and neither are other features like the "Related Posts Styles". It seemed to work okay immediately after I installed but then stopped working. Please advise as this is the reason why I purchased the product.

    This is what I see from your single blog post page:

    For the blog header, the post will need to have featured image to show it as the header background.

    As for the related post, you will need to have at least 2 posts in the same category, in order for it to show up.

    Let me know if you have any other questions.

    Just for your information:
    We just found out that the latest Divi v3.27.4 has some issues with the Divi Library import feature, where all the categories are not imported. Though this doesn't affect the blog plugin. It will affect the header, footer & archive plugin, where we inject custom layout in Divi.

    If you face this issue, where the options are blank, easiest fix is to rollback to Divi v3.27.3 & below to import, and it will work just fine.

    The post already has a featured image. I've updated it with another to make that more clear.

    I've enclosed some images showing how it is not working correctly. As you can see, when I change from Style 2 to Style 3 on 'Blog Header Style', the style doesn't change at all. In other words, Style 3 isn't working. Style 3 is the one I want to use.

    It's because you enable the Customize Blog Header option. You will need to disable it. See screenshot below:

    The Customize Blog Header option is for you to further customize the blog header, if you are not satisfied with the premade ones.

    Let me know if it works.

    I've done that and it's still not working.

    This is the style that I want:

    In the video, we showed what you can do with the Customize Blog Header option.

    But that style is actually Blog Header Style 1, which can also achieve with Customize Blog Header option.

    Now, the easiest way is:
    1. Go to Single Blog Main Settings to set Blog Header Style 1.
    2. Lastly, go to Customize Blog Header to untick Custom Blog Header Settings (as stated previously).

    Let me know if it works.

    If you use the Customize Blog Header option, you will need to adjust each options individually as shown in the video. Since you wish to have that style, just use the premade blog header style 1 will do.

    It's because you disabled the post thumbnail in Divi > Theme Options > Layout > Single Post Layout > Place Thumb On Posts

    You will need to enable it:

    Thanks so much, that's working now! One more issue. I've now added more posts in order to test the 'Related Posts' function, but it's still not working. When I select a related posts style, they do display correctly in the theme customizer, but then when I then click publish and view the article the related posts aren't displaying. Also, when I stay in the theme customizer and click out of the post and then back in, the related posts are gone.

    Now that's weird. Currently, it's hidden because Choose Your Related Posts Style is set as 'None'. But from your screenshot, it seems like you already selected Style 2 for the related posts.

    What if you try to select other related posts style & publish it again?

    I think I've sorted it now. Thanks so much for your help. One final thing - is it possible to embed social media icons (Facebook, Twitter etc.) to allow people to share the article post?
