Sticky Custom Header

    Hi, new here.. I have an issue with creating a shrinking sticky header that hopefully someone can help with.
    I've tried every "shrinking header" tutorial I can find and nothing is working effectively for me in DIVI. Previously I built this site in Enfold (https://bindiwines.com.au/) and have no issue but I am rebuilding in DIVI for additional flexibility however this one thing that seemingly should be simple is giving me a huge headache!

    My dev site is https://dev.bindiwines.com.au/ and if you scroll up slowly, you'll see a break point where the header shrinks but the content below doesn't keep up and it reveals the background colour which looks terrible. How can I get it so the content moves up at the same rate?
