Solved The visual builder loads indefinitely for already existing posts

    When trying to load https://www.hlbenefits.com/cbd-vs-thc/ in the visual builder for further editing I get the loading icon but nothing happens for several minutes. When trying the same when creating a new post I am able to load the visual builder. Even more, I am able to create a new post and use the "clone existing page" from the visual builder menu and even load the cbd-vs-thc page for editing.

    This issue seems to have happened since I have installed the Divi Ultimate Child theme. I also tried using the default divi theme but seems to be irrelevant since the DU .xml is still loaded.

    Can you please support in finding the issue?

    Doesn't sound an issue from our child theme. Our .xml shouldn't be affecting your site as well, as they're just individual items located in Divi Library only.

    You can try to go to WP Admin > Settings > Permalink & click save & see if it works.

    It was indeed a cloudflare related issue, more specific the Rocket feature needed to turned off for this to work
