    Yes, if you would like to save one of your designs, click on the save to library icon at the bottom of the page inside the divi visual builder. Then you can add it to a new page by using the plus icon and selecting "your saved layouts". Also, whenever you go to add a template, you can simply select a copy of one of your existing pages.
