Solved Top header background image & body background image.

    How to set only 1 background image for the Top header and body, without overlapping?

    I don't even know where the body background image is set as i looked through the options so it's still there; as you see in the print-screen.

    For the top header it's in Theme Customizer -> General Settings -> Background -> Background Image

    I re-wrote the question. Now it's more clear!

    How to make the body background image and particles extend to the Top header?

    I have no background image in the top header, but black color instead.
    But for your info it's in: Theme Customizer -> General Settings -> Background -> Background Image

    For the body <div id="main-content"> it's in:
    Full width code settings -> background image

    Try to set transparent color for Theme Customizer > Header & Navigation > Primary Menu Bar > Background Color
