This issue began doing this after I updated my DIVI theme to v4.11.4, if I go back to v4.9.4 it works exactly the way it worked before my theme upgraded. I'm using the newest Ultimate Header plugin v3.1.3

    Style 9:
First, If I'm in the Theme Customizer or the Theme Builder view the menu looks fine, If I'm in the Divi Library editor the menu looks fine. The only time it looks really bad is when I'm in the actual live website.

Secondly, I imported that style 9 into my Theme builder so I could create a fresh header for each separate page. Its not a large website so it only required 6 separate headers. I couldn't figure out how to create a separate header image to load for each specific page header so this was the best i could come up with.

Lastly, my mobile version looks pretty bad as well.

In retrospect, it may have been better if I would have just cloned Style 9 , 6 times and then changed the image on each of those pages and then selected them on a page by page basis.

Let me know if you can help. Thanks again

Try to disable Dynamic CSS & see if it works: WP Admin > Divi > Theme Options > General > Performance > Dynamic CSS > Disabled
Use the Divi dynamic content feature for the Section background image.

    1. Go to your Section settings > Background & remove your background image.
    2. Then click Use Dynamic Content button (see screenshot below)
    3. And lastly choose Featured Image.

Next thing to do is to go to edit each of your page in the backend builder & set featured image.
I see that you're using our header style at Divi Theme Builder. If you're using it that way, you will have to create your own mobile menu.

If you're using our plugin injection, which you can choose your desired style at Theme Customizer > Divi Ultimate Header Plugin > Header & Navigation Styling, it will revert back to use the default Divi header on mobile. By doing so, you get to choose to have slide in / fullscreen menu in mobile: https://divi.help/threads/for-mobile-menu-how-to-show-slide-in-or-fullscreen-menu.646/

The new Dynamic CSS was the culprit..once I disabled that it began to load properly. Thank you for that.

I tried the Featured image option as well but I had a similar issue with it after upgrading the theme version. However, now that I disabled the Dynamic CSS its loading properly now.

Last item...Yes, I took Style 12 and added that layout into each of my layouts to form the Mobile version I wanted and then customized it page by page. However, I think it would have been easier to create one master template and then clone it for each page that way all I would have had to do is set a different featured image for each page and call the header in the page editor sidebar for that page. Would have saved me a ton of time. But I've got the solution when another client wants the same thing. Thanks again for the quick reply
