    Two Questions:

    1) How do I collapse the mobile menu
    2) How do I get rid of the zero in the Woocommerce cart?

    You may try the below CSS in Divi > Theme Options > Custom CSS:

    Log In or Sign Up to view this code.
    **Basically below breakpoint 1040px, it will hide your sticky menu section & show the default Divi header.

    And you will need to choose slide in / fullscreen menu for your Divi mobile header: https://divi.help/threads/for-mobile-menu-how-to-show-slide-in-or-fullscreen-menu.646/
    To remove the number of cart items, try the below CSS in Divi > Theme Options > Custom CSS:

    Thanks for the response. I don't want to totally hide the cart items. I want to remove the 0 when there are no items in the cart.

    I custom coded it for you.

    1. Download the attached file (Divi-Ultimate-Header-Plugin.zip).
    2. Go to Plugins -> Installed Plugins -> Deactivate & Delete Divi Ultimate Header Plugin
    3. Go to Plugins -> Add New -> Upload Plugin -> Upload the Divi-Ultimate-Header-Plugin.zip that you just downloaded.
    4. Activate the plugin & you're done.
