    Hi there,

    Can you help?

    We have had our adwords advert dissaproved and the reason given was ´´ Malicious content or unwanted software´´

    After speaking with the google adwords help team they have said the following.....

    This is with reference of the telephonic conversation which we had regarding your AdWords account(***************). The most recent system scan detected that your primary declared landing page(s):

    *****************. co. uk

    Is affected by unsafe domain(s):

    imgbox[.]com

    I have spoken to my hosting provider and they have said the following.......

    I just finished running all of our malware scans against the cancelmytimeshare.co.uk site and those actually are all coming back clean. So there doesn't appear to be anything malicious going on here. The URL of imgbox.com is showing up in three different files within the Divi-Ultimate-Plugin directory. Those files are as follows:

    wp-content/plugins/Divi-Ultimate-Plugin/import/divi-library-v3.0.xml
    wp-content/plugins/Divi-Ultimate-Plugin/css/free-all.css
    wp-content/plugins/Divi-Ultimate-Plugin/css/free-consulting.css

    That URL is also showing up a high number of times within the site's database. Specifically, the _posts table.

    Again, there is no evidence that your site was hacked in any way. The imgbox.com URL may have been compromised recently and that's why Google is flagging it now, but that's difficult to be 100% certain on. As there wasn't any malicious code for us to clean up on our end, we haven't completed any cleanup processes at this time. To re-activate your AdWords account, however, you or your developer may have to remove any instances of that URL within the files mentioned above and within the site's database.

    Can you tell me how to fix this as we want to keep the divi ultimate theme and we need to advertise asap, thanks

    There's still 1 image from your site is loaded from imgbox. The hero header for mobile.

    Go to the slide settings & update the background image to your local copy.

    Once you've done this, ask Google Adwords to review your site & it should be fine now.
