Website Not Displaying Correct Image Sizes On All Images

About a month ago my landing page began to display differently. I noticed a border at the bottom of the screen.This was new to me because my landing banner image is designed to be Left To Right And Bottom, edge to edge. Only the banner image and header were to be seen after landing. I opened the inspector and found that my border image was showing a different size . In Wordpress Library I resized this image to it's proper size. Cleared any and all cache, reloaded the site and the image was still displaying the improper size.
It seems as though the site is cropping differently than the original design.
Here is a list of my diagnostic steps.

Deactivated Plugins
Down Graded WordPress To 5.3 ( on 5.4.1 at this time)
Down Graded Divi Updates Back One Version ( Divi will not allow any further)
Disconnected Cloud Flare
Clicked On Save Changes in Permalink Tab

Site still loading improperly sized images and sizing incorrectly at landing page.
I am sure that it is something simple and I am willing to put in the work.
At this time I have no direction.
I do not know where to go from here.
Any guidance would highly appreciated.
