    Hi, how do I place the button and pop-up at the bottom left of the screen?

    Just go to the icon blurb module settings > Advanced > Position & choose bottom left. See screenshot below:

    And repeat the same for the container Row Settings.

    As for the label position, go to the icon Blurb module settings > Advanced > Custom CSS > Module Elements > Blurb Title & find:

    right: 130%;

    And replace with:

    left: 130%;

    ======

    And lastly, for the arrow position, try the below CSS in WP Admin > Divi > Theme Options > Custom CSS:
