Solved When I try to adjust the color overlay on image in header, nothing happens

    I've tried to change the color overlay but don't see it in live preview. What am I doing wrong here? I want to change it to like a blue color.

    To change the background overlay color, just go to the Section Settings > Advanced > Custom CSS > Before & change the background color CSS.
